GCG, LLC brings a vast array of expertise in commercial project management in both the public and private sectors. Providing this type of expertise requires a very broad skill set along with outstanding communication, collaboration, negotiation and planning skills to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction to complete a project on schedule and on budget.

We provide project management services through scheduling, coordination of construction activities for all trades, design development, preparation and control of project budget and schedule, negotiating subcontracts, review of schedules, cost projections, contracts and project status reports. OUR STORY

In 2010 Amanda Goodie created Goodie Consulting Group, LLC to provide project management services. Her background includes a degree from University of Houston where she received a bachelor’s of Science in Construction Engineering in 2001. Amanda brings over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, including over 12 years of project management experience.

Throughout her career she has managed projects such as 20 to 40 million dollar high density wood framed, mid-rise, urban, and suburban mutli-family structures. Additionally, she has managed several large projects in k-12 market including university, governmental and commercial projects located within the United States as well as overseas.
